this is the first time i have used nova. i can't sleep at night and i get the chills/sweats alot. anyone else get this side effect? i'm taking 40mg a day.
also started taking yohimbe not sure if that has something to do with the sleep issue. i'm tired so i go to bed but then i just lay they wide awake like i'm full with energy. it sucks...

i take the nova in the am after the gym and the rest at night like 4hrs before bed. i was also taking the yohmibe at night as well. today i took all 40mg at once in the am and the yohmibe. see if that helps me.

lol! its the Yohimbe dude! That stuff is powerful. great for fat loss and sex drive.
Affrican men used to eat tons of the stuff and then they would go out and rape and kill through the night in near villages.
that stuff makes me hrony like no other. but its not a testosterone enhancer. it works on your plumbing, blood flow etc.. and is a stimulent, as in CNS. it relseases adrenelin
