Pretty excited about my morning workout today. I am currently in week 7 of 150 mgs of Prop EOD and 5 ius of HGH 5 on 2 off. 35 years old and been working out for a long time.
Did chest this morning and did the dumbell bench press to start with. Knocked out 16 reps with the 90 lb. dumbells. Never came close to that before. Maybe a couple of reps with the 90's but not 16. Hell, I would do heavier weight but that is as much as I have in my home gym. Tempted to go get some 100's.
Just felt like sharing with the class.
