Hey all, Im on a mass program were I started in mid august, At 170ish with 10bf or so Im 6 1 and 19...well I used to be fat when I was young...and I have gained some good mass, eating a lot of clean food and lifting heavy but Im actually up to 182....but I am depressed cause I added a little fat...I know it comes with getting big...but how to get over depression and continue to lift, heavy and gain big...any help
