anybody have any good suggestions for occupying time when bored. The only time I really find I want to cheat on my diet is when I'm just sitting during the weekend and stuff. I know I should just suck it up, and that's what I'm trying to do. I just need to find something to keep me occupied, ie. gum, sunflower seeds or something ? Seeds might be good right ? They have protein, and it is an activity with my mouth... no puns needed. Need something other than eating things I shouldn't be eating.
