You'll want to check your form before trying to go that heavy. I take a very wide stance pressing towards the outsides of my shoes. Also make sure your back is arched and your staring towards the ceiling. You may want to wrap your knees as a precaution. got up 405 for 8 then 12 last week, after leg curls, stiff lehgged deds, and good mornings.
Going to bring a video camera into gym to check my form from the side, make sure i'm not cheating, and i'll post it up once i get it done.
