When should I start my Nolva?

I took my first dose of Test Cyp and Eq today. Going to run 600mg of cyp and 800mg of eq per week. When should I start my nolva and how much should I take, for how long? (I have the liquid form) Thanks!

I know you're just giving your opinion,but fact is,it's not necessary at all.You can run a lower dose of test and be fine.

Yes, test should be ran at least 100 mg higher than eq or Deca...personally I don't take Nolva untill gyno starts, if it does, thank God I'm not prone to bad...but you might be. If you start symptoms, 30 mg ED untill symptoms subside..then hold at 10 mg ED , and 20 mg ED with clomid for pct IMO

Not nearly as suppressive.You can run EQ solo and recover in no time flat.PCT is a breeze.

I have ran test and EQ at the same dosages. Not everyone is the same so the safest suggestion would be at least run the test and EQ at the same dosages. Some maybe able to get away with running EQ higher but this doesn't always hold true for all.

For the Nolva since that's all you're runing.... run 20mg through the cycle and PCT.

I was looking at Big C's advice, and that seems like the logical thing to do. This is a bump plus a question: I know 10mg ED of Nolva would help stave off some side-effects, but would Nolva run as low as 10mg ED have any effect on positive effects, like gains and strength??

Nolvadex will lower IGF levels but how much it effects your gains are probably very low. There are plenty of guys and I bet pros that run nolva in thier cycles and make great gains. I would rather sacrifice a little in gains then get gyno.
