    how do u grow when u r not sleeping???

    ok bros... i heard lots of complains about insomnia during cycle..especially tren..but tren is one of the best compound out there... my question is... if u didnt get enuff sleep at night..say at most 2-3 hours... how do u grow?? but in reality..u did grow right? so that means u r growing while awake? shit...

    recover doesn't necassarily need to happen while asleep. You can relax on the couch and your muscles are mending themselves. The point people try to make is get plenty of rest.

    Recovery is an ongoing process. During sleep it may speed up due to relaxation and increase in GH production.

    I personally need more sleep on cycle. But REST is key. In other words, don't over train.

    Damn - I hope you're getting more than 2 -3 hours sleep a night. Like was said above thats when your GF output is at its highest, and a full cycle of sleep is approx 4 hours for most people.

    me, i cant function properly and grow right without plenty of rest! REST is definately the KEY!
