Well, Thanksgiving in Canada is right around the corner; so, I thought I would share yet another recipe I use as a snack..and good for the holiday season to curb my pie craving....
This can be played around with..depending on your carb and protein needs.
2 scoops of Vanilla Protein
1 -2 cups of Pumpkin Puree (not the Pie filling)
Pumpkin Spice
Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
And voila, Pumpkin Pie with out the fat....You can eat it cold or warm it up for a treat!!!!![]()
