Really nasty muscle cramps after workouts!!

Nasty nasty.....when i was on juice i never got this problem

But now that i'm not, man after i workout sometimes my muscles get all tense and have nasty spaszms. Today i trained Chest and Biceps, and my chest gets all tense and tightens when i move my arm in a certain way. Also when i move my arm in a certain way my biceps start having spaszms and it's relaly annoying.

One more problem- my hands sometimes clench up nasty right after a workout- they cling together in a ball and it hurts, and it takes a minute or 2 for me to move my fingers.

None of this happened at all when i was on a cycle--------- now that i am not these pains are coming back, nasty........is there anything i can do to alleviate these nasty post workout pains??? the other day when i trained legs i almost f*cking tripped because my quad got all tense and limp

Drink more water all day long and alot while lifting.

I probably drink half a gallon within 1 hour at the gym.

I did a hardcore chest workout today, I couldn't drive home with my hand ontop of the steering wheel my chest would cramp too bad. It is a little better now. Good stuff, I love it!

that is a little strange. For me the cramping never starts until like 60-80 minutes AFTER the workout is completed.

The hand clenching stuff though, happens right when i am done, or a little before i am done working out.

Hand clenching? That is just WEIRD! haha what are you talking about? No my chest will cramp sometimes at the end of my workout when I'm doing concentrated flies.

My quads do the same thing.

    hand clenching, let me describe

my hands clasp together uncontrollably. My fingers are forced into a fist position and i CANNOT move them out of that position, not even by force. I have to wait until it stops, and it can be quite painful when it happens, and it can also take a couple minutes before i can use my hand(s) normally again.

It usually happens right before i am done training- usually that is a sign that it is time to call it a day.
