I think diet is the key here bro.
I understand the whole diet part and im a firm beleiver that dietin the the most important factor is bodybuilding. But I was just curious about what body specific workouts anyone does for these areas, and if anyone does anything unique.
Suggest that you google "best abdominal exercises"
What you'll see, and I agree with is:
- Captains chair
- Sweedish ball crunches
Are #1 and #2 , but there are a variety of ways to torture the lower abs. I suggest that you forget rep-counts and go untill you burn out. Superset 2-3 at a time for 3 sets each.

I use the rope pull-down for alot of my ab workout. The core ball is good too.
