    Question iDEAL PWO INTAKE ON SLIN

    iS THIS CORRECT with Humalin-r
    -5ius slin pwo 15min. app.
    -50gm of carbs immediatly after shoot
    -70 gm protien and 40 gm dextrose,/creatine all in one SHAKE 15 after injection

    The IU to carb ratio is correct. 10g per 1IU.

    The PPWO shake looks good too


    The only question I have is why Humalin-R and not Humalog??? It sounds like this is going to be your first run so be careful w/ a Slin thats going to remain active in your body for that long.
