Clomid Throughout the Day are all at once?

Is it best to take Clomid Throughout the Day are all at once? I bought AR Liquid Clomid i have usually been taken it all 100mg Before i go to bed with my nolva and arimidex.

It's always better to spread dosing out.

Take it all at once in the morning or whenever it's convenient for you.No need at all to spread the dose out.It's just like Nolv or l-dex..you don't spread those out do you?

Clomid has a long half life... (several days) so it makes absolutely no difference.

I always take the whole dose in the morning.

My nolvadex i spread out cause i heard it was more effective if you take 10mg in morning and then afternoon and not take it all at once.

Clomid as previously posted, I like to take all @ once. My nolva I take it before bedtime

I would take Clomid all at once right before bed. This will help minimize some of the crappy sides you may get with it.
