Have been doing research on different A.B.S for a good first bulking cycle. I am 6'2 185 lbs. body fat around 10%. Want to run about a 8-10 week bulking cycle.
Was thinking?
Eq- 250mg 10 weeks
Test- 250mg 10 weeks
but start the test 1 week after the eq? Need some help....

eq needs 12 wks to be most effective, why start test 1 week after eq?
here's how i would do it
eq 400mg/week wks 1-12
test 500mg/week 1-13
you familiar with pct? anti e's?

if this is your first cycle you should stick to just one compound. do test e 500/wk for 10 weeks

Have had cycle experience, this would be around #2.. But do you think it would be wise to run, clomaid or something like chrysin with this cycle?

you need to run nolva WITH the cycle (more than likely you need to anyway), and you need clomid for AFTER the cycle...head to the PCT forum and read up if you don't know how to use them

eq is not good for bulking. you will be better off with deca.

do u suggest using clomaid as a post therapy help? Think it might be a good idea if using deca & test. Also how about any anti-estrogens, cause the converition rate of estrogen is more realitively high with these compounds......

clomid is mandatory for pct... i ran dbol, deca and test e without an anti-e... but i had it on hand in case... the thinking was i wanted to know how prone i was to gyno... it is a risk but i took it... found out i m not gyno prone... all i ran was b-6 during cycle and not even a nipple itch...
