Lookin thick. Goodwork, I agree if you cut down a bit you'd have an even better physique. How are the legs?
Lets are non existant. Chicken legs but have been wroking on them If I wanna compete in 3 to 4 years, Car
Thats a serious back you've got there!!! Good work
I had the same problem and my legs came A LONG WAY!You really have to dedicate yourself to catching your legs up if you ever plan on competing, Also you could deff. get to where you need to be in half the time you suggested. I start everyweek with legs, no excuses. That way I cannot keep pushing them back, eventually skipping them all together. You would be pushing 300 with a decent set of legs.
How come the guy showing his back has a totally different hair color?
Guy with golden hair has ears that stick out,guy in back pic doesn't have them.
~Pinnacle~
You again, questioning me again. ITS ME. All 3 of them. I changed the color with photoshop to darken it and give more shadows. Anyone with half a brain can see thats me in all 3. Plus I highlighted my hair in one of them. There you have it.....again Pinnacle. I think you just try to discredit every post. At least mine. Why is that? Have you posted any pics yet?
Pinn. is 18 yrs old and like 130 lbs. Leave the little guy alone will you!

You know, that is EXACTLY what I just thought. He just sits there and dreams about reaching some kind of level of muscle. He believes Joe Weiders ads where the pros say "I PACKED ON 30Lbs of muscle with mega mass 4000" LOLHe also dreams of getting a source so he can do the usual (high school cycle -- 1 bottle of 10cc test is enough for a 10 week cycle) All he does is doubt people simple posts for some reason. And he really thinks he can mess with me. Its amazing how tough people are behind their computer.
Hear that Pinn?
You look great Catgrabber, don't let people get to you so much. Pinnacle notices every detail, don't think he meant anything by it.

No problem IBD, I know there are A LOT of fake posters on here who only can dream. It is a bother but I am not one of them. I have seen some real crappy imposters myself. Thank you for the compliment IBD. Cat

Keep up the hard work. How do your legs compare? Did you just neglect training them, or an injury? Legs are a hard bodypart to keep consistant with, but you see the most noticable gains.
As strange as it seems I just never planned on getting this far (not that I look great but I have improved) so I got in the habit of not even training them due to the fact I already spend 4 days in the gym just with upper body. Now, its almost comical how I look. Literally like a chicken in comparison. I look like someone switched bodyparts on my torso. BUT I decided this is something I may want to pursue in the next few years professionally so I have begun my leg regimine. Im only hitting them for 6 sets each side for the 1st few months.
My new routine is
MONDAY: Chest /Quads
TUESADY: Back / Hams & Calves
WEDNESDAY: Shoulders
THURSDAY: BIS / TRIS (supersets)
3 days off for R n R.
Thank you again for the kind words
Also Pinn, for your future investigations and accusations, take a look at the background. See the SAME WALLS? Those pics were taken seconds apart. Same wood paneling in my basemement. I have been a member of this board since April of 2002 and had nothing but positive responses and help. These guys helped me through all of my 1st issues and questions now I see we have people like this. Welll, actually Pinn is the only one who has given me crap like this. Im sure he has his reasons though.

I would separate legs into a seperate day, if you really want them to grow. For example, Try it if you like, (check out my pics and see my before and after, huge difference in legs). Here was my 6 month routine playing catchup.Originally Posted by CatGrabber

I always started back with legs, that way I couldn't put it off. Legs grew inch and a half in 6 months all LBM.
Do you have a link to that post so I check em out?
This is easier than me searching.. There is a two year difference in pictures. But it really took me around 6-9months to add the size. The separation comes with time, I still have a lot of work to do.
FANTASTIC GAINS! I would be happy with that.
What are you waiting for? Follow my workout routine for 4-6 weeks, I can be more specific with lifts if you'd like, but If done properly with correct diet and adequate rest, you will deff. see great results.
Thats the same rotation of body parts i do except I follow a 2 on 1 off and train calfs 3 times aweek and abs e.o.d.Originally Posted by IBdmfkr

Good stuff, I actually do calves twice a week, the second day is not set in stone, so I don't list it.Originally Posted by Grudge Keeper
I also usually take a day off mid week and then set everything back a day. It all depends on schedule.
Keep us posted on your progress CatGrabber!
lookn thick bro keep it up
hows the heart?
Grabber - Good work. U look THICK
Real good Prime and thank you for asking. My Blood Pressure is GREAT as well thanks to a nice New Zealand pharmacy that sells meds (NOT AS, pain meds or any class C drugs) but stuff like viagra, propecia, mental health stuff and blood pressure meds etc... I bought a 500 tablet bottle of Tenormin for $35 and it COMPLETELY brought my BP back to normal and I have ALWAYS had high BP! THATS a deal. My heart size, Its JUST at the normal range. VERY close to being enlarged but OK non the less. The moron DOC I went to got me for a ton of money for nothing. Told me my heart was upside down and backwards. Can you believe that? Come to find out it was the machines fault. WTF. I will self treat from now on unless I HAVE to go to the hospital. So far I have been very successful. I just successfully drained a ganglion cycst on my wrist. It wasnt brain surgury but fun non the less. My doc wanted $300 for it. It ended up costing me 35 cents for the 22 guage needle I used to drain it. I cannot stand doctors or hospitals. Never had 1 good experiance with them. Cat
whats ur chest and shoulder measurments??? ur huge
TY bro. Im not sure but Ill give you a few other stats..
30 years old
6'2
278lbs
19 inch Bis
405 bench max 1 rep
Former Mixed martial arts competitor (age 14 to 22)
Former Boxer with over 20KOs (I was 20 to 27 years old then)
Wanna meet Pinnacle in a dark alley one day so I can show him who I am since every time I post he questions me for some damn reason. LOL
Congrats on your progress. Bulking to the 300 range is tough, but yields impressive results in time.
I wanted to ask for your advice about MMA training. I've been lifting for 10 years with good results. I'm at 315lbs and benching 495lbs, squating 455lbs, and deadlifting 495lbs. I'm now incorporating martial arts--Muay Thai and BJJ (started 7 weeks ago).
Here's my question...I want to build a proper martial arts base and then add MMA type training. Do you have any advice? Should I take regular boxing instruction too? Or should I find a wrestling coach and take lessons? How long should I train MT and BJJ before moving into MMA or should I seek MMA lessons from the start? And of course, I need to work on conditioning since I'm a big power lifter type.
I noticed you're in Michigan. Any chance you live in the Detroit area? I live in Troy. Where do you train?
Thanks for your help.

Thank you Prime. Good looking out.
Big Bang, as to your question. It all depends on your goals. If you just want to build a good street fighting base and skill I would COMPLETELY AVOID ANY TRADITIONAL ARTS like Karate, Kung-Fu, Tae-Kwon-Do ect. I respect them as arts but their street practicality and value is practically ZERO In my opinion. Dont get me wrong though, I got a GREAT base from them as I got my red in Tang Soo Do fairly early and this got me to the point where I mastered my kicks and some boxing as my school incorporated it into the system.
NOW, if you ARE looking to build a street fighting arsenal its best to cut RIGHT TO THE POINT and go with a grappling system AND a boxing/kickboxing program. In my early to mid 20s (im 30 now) I was a moron and a hot head and had MANY MANY street fights. This taught me very quickly what REALLY mattered in real situation. 90% ended with the same punch, a straight right to the chin. The other 10% ended on the ground where I noone really got the better of each other. I LOVED KOs. I would get a hard on just wartching them. I knew when I started squaring off with another idiot it was a matter of seconds before he was face up looking at the stars or out cold all together. My scarred hands are proof of my many idiotic encounters that COULD have been avoided if I wasnt a young jackass but the point being, STICK TO WHAT WORKS. Good punching skills are 100% needed for ANY fighter. A good grappler who has just that skill is DOOMED against more than one fighter while a good puncher can quickly drop one after the other. So you need a well rounded arsenal. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link you see.
The good news is you have a school right by you. I trained there for 6 months but was too far of a drive for me to continue. Its Kerry Roops on Rochester Road and Tinken. He trains all styles and has competitions monthly. Its located in a giant health club. Check it out, let me know and good luck. Cat
Hey YourDaddy thanks for using my picture as your avatar you dumb mother fucking runt. You stole my picture because you know Im physically superior to you in every way. In fact come email me at [email protected] if you have any thing to say to me you picture stealing loser. I invite confrontation from weak little idiots like yourself. Cat,
I did. I just wanted everyone else to know what a lying sack of shit he is. By the way...looking good.
Thank you Bro. It is amazing how many people steal images to try to impress the other members. They must get picked on at home, work, the bar, school etc..and this is the only place they can get respect, again, behind a computer. The internet has become a pretend place for all kinds of losers with zero chance at anything. I guess I can understand Pinnacles apprehention given the amount of imposters on here. Sad and funny at the same time. You know the average pic stealer is a 140lb high school kid or guy in his early 20s wishing he had what it takes to make it to the gym and get a source. BE REAL PEOPLE. STOP POSTING OTHER PEOPLES IMAGES. It just shows how insecure and sad you really are. We are more than willing to help anyone but STOP with the fake PICs. It bothers the hell outta me as well. Cat
looking good, big and thick

That is me in my avatar, I just photoshopped Franco's face in there for fun.![]()
