I was wonderin how long most of yall wait after PCT to do your next cycle. I had a buddy ask me this question today, he had just finished his PCT and wanted to take another go at another cycle.
I told him that i personally like to wait awhile, get on some good supplements to try to keep all the gains I can and make sure everything filters out of my system.

the time you take off should be at least as much time as you were on.

There are guys who do it like that. There are guys who never come off!!! I personally believe in time on = time off. GL
