1 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (I use Natural peanut butter by Kraft)
2 Tbsp of Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tbsp of Splenda
1/3 cup of Oatmeal
1/4 cup of skim milk
mix together, place in shallow pan, cut into squares and freeze for 20 minutes!

i have been getting a real craving for chocolate and all things sweet lately - its cos ive been cutting for 12 weeks now
strangely i dont get the cravings when i'm bulking
