    Should you split it or is a single dose fine... or does it matter ?

    I would split it up twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

    morn aft & night 8 hours apart. which will give you a dose every 8 hours around the clock

    Is this necissary though? Because i believe the half life is what .. 16hours?
