i never done test-p before so i want to get as much work out done during the peek level that is between 1-2 days.
Dude, you gotta help us more.
Are you all ready on a six day workout schedule and looking to change it?
If not, what kind of schedule are you doing?
Take your current program and stretch it out through the week. You will have more energy to apply to your individual bodyparts.Originally Posted by Prol
Say, for example, that you do chest, shoulders, and triceps on Monday. Try just performing chest and triceps together and have shoulders on what had been a rest day.
If you really what to get your money's worth, add new exercises (as your recovery capacity allows) to these days.
Cool avatar. Fortunately, I can see it clearly

This is how I would do it. Really put all of your intensity into these days. When you train the bodypart twice per week, you need superhuman (Ronnie Coleman's drug program) recovery capacities to make good, continuous progress. Don't worry, if you apply the necessary intensity to these days, you'll only need to hit them once a week. If you are training them twice a week, are you really applying the necessary intensity during your workouts? IMO, no.
thanks thats what i wanted to know .
i'll would most diffenetly go with that routine ...........when working the shoulders any specefic workout to to put some mass in there
heavy shrugs and heavy military press. You know, just work your shoulders. the size will come. i think shoulders are kinda like legs. I see a lot of people who i can tell do their shrugs and mp religiously, but slack off on others like side raises and front raises. and i see soooo many people doing side raises wrong. start off light if need be but make sure you do side raises correctly, when you are at the top of your lift, you shouldnt look like you are doing mp. GL!
thankx.......... for the comments
