Not worth it IMO... may as well just use T3 if you're willing to put the effort in... read my profile on it in the profiles forum.

I've never used Triacana, as I feel it is pointless, when t3 is so effective, and inexpensive.

No, I kept the weight off. I would suggest taking t-100x to help your thyroid recover post-usage.
