I was wondering whats the best way to mix Arginine, glutamine, and BCAA's together? Just mix it all up in some water? I'm not good at downing stuff that taste horrible so looking for some input. I'm taking these together 30mins before breakfast, and 30mins pre-workout.
Also I was going to take glutamine and BCAA post workout and 30mins after work-out take dextrose, protien, creatine, and ala. Besides splitting the two post-workout supplentments, can I just add them to my protein or is it better to take them 30 mins apart? If your answer is spilitting them up, anyway to mix the glutamine and BCAA so it won't be horrible...![]()
