Great work Mike, really has paid off! Young1, many people would kill for your abs, especially the over 30 crowd like me. I miss the earlier days when the abs stood out more. I'm gonna keep working at it.

I'm still in awe of your back!

And thanks scottp999, keep working hard and eating right, they will come.
My problem is I eat so much and still can't gain any weight, I guess some people would think that's an advantage but not me, its hard to pack on the pounds, I'm only 165lbs.
