    Dextrose to myoplex??

    Hey guys i drink the myoplez original PWO every day the nutrional facts are below..do you think i should add a scoop of dextrose to it?

    no it actually makes some shakes taste better IMO but it's a lil' sweet (for obvious reasons lol)..and i LOVE my myoplex shake it tastes amazing

    I think its a shitty idea.....fats in the MRP + dex is fat gain destined to result!

    there is only 2g fat...why would that be so bad? there is usually abotu 1g per scoop of whey protein anyway

    THe amount of fat in the myoplex shake (2g) is negligable. Hell, most protein powders have at least.5-1g of fat in them.
