I workout my biceps on friday and train my back on sunday. If my bis are still some what sore am i at risk of over training them. I do no bi movemnts during my back routine but as everyone knows the bis take a toll on back days thanks for your help

i think 1-2 days is enough between training your back and biceps. Personally, i give myself 2 days because i'm fully recovered by then. However, you are not taxing your biceps nearly as much training back than you are when you are training biceps- unless that is, your form is off.
