    losing weight in ramadan

    Sup every one.. This is currently the month of ramadan.. for us muslims..
    I'm tryin to lose as much weight as possible i can this month.. reminder.. we eat before sunrise and nothing till sunset which is around 6:30pm.. I would appreciate it, if some one would suggest me. I dont mind, if i lose some muscle.. but, its urgent..

    oh yeah.. im 6ft i weigh 220lbs, bf around like 20%

    well........... you will surely loose weight if you dont eat!!!! but I dont think its healthy.... well if it is important for you... do it. there is nothing to suggest.... after 6.30pm eat as healthy as you can.

    do not forget the cardio!!

    it helps A LOT along with a low carb diet !!

    I myself found it very helpful in ramadan, but try your best to avoid: sugars,

    eat meat at late night "sohoor"! and drink as much water as you can

    try your best to be non-active in the day time, just to avoid losing muscles!!

    Take vitamin C 6 grams (for starters) before sunrise , and 6grams after sunset , increase the dosage till u reach bowel tolerance
