I know that an anti estrogen is a must after a cycle but does an anti estrogen have to be used during the cycle? Or should I try to do without at first and see if any sides come and then start using something?

what compounds are you running that would be more helpful

just a 10 week cycle of test e. 2 shots of 250mg a week, so 500mg per week. and still not 100% sure what'd be best for pct, but I see nolva and clomid pretty much everywhere I look.

It doesnt have to be used. Keep it on hand in case gyno symtoms start to occur. I say it is a must for pct
