    cottage cheese?

    what type do you get?

cos mine has 1.5g fat per 100g, 3.7g carbs and 14.6 pro

so i dont use this as a fat source - more a late nght pro source, with almonds for fat

You will still need to have your Omega-3's. So you'll need some flax or fish oils, or hemp seed oil.

i use a lot of guacamole and houmous

they are tasty and a good source of unsaturated fat

the problem is it doesnt say on the packet what the ratio of poly/mono is so i dont know how many omega 3,6 or 9's i am getting

i find this to be the case with most food

they generally just state sat and unsat....

if you get a certain kinda cottage cheese that has 4.5 grams of fat per serving then it would be a good source...borden makes it.
