Yep, you read it. Currently I only have 1 press, and my split is like this.
4x6-8 DB Shoulder Press
3x6 Lateral Raises
3x6 Front raises.
That's it. Should I add machine press or something?

I would replace the front raises with bent-over laterals. The anterior deltoids usually get enough stimulation from benching and overhead pressing. If you do bent-over laterals on back day then add some wide grip upright rows. Only raise the bar until your upper arms are parallel with the floor. These can work the medial heads very well.
Try to alternate some Arnold Presses in there, you'll really see some results then. But yeah, bent over lat raises and upright rows will work wonders as well.
i wouldnt drop the front raises personally.. if you do rows at all, then you have no need for rear delt movements.

Shoulder presses are great.. Id alternate them with military press as well..
Throw in some upright rows in there as well
