Yep, you read it. Currently I only have 1 press, and my split is like this.
4x6-8 DB Shoulder Press
3x6 Lateral Raises
3x6 Front raises.
2x8 Dumbell Shrugs
2x8 Barbell Shrugs
That's it. Should I add machine press or something?

looks good, however when i started doing rear delt raises my delts really became thicker and more round. this is the only suggestion onwhat i would add

its the posterior head of the delt, that is most often forgot about, and one of the best muscles to work to develop rounded shouldersOriginally Posted by scm007
i would actually replace front delt raises with rear delt laterals. your front delts get hit hard with shoulder press, and all chest workouts. i would also increase the reps for side laterals to about 10.
