There is no best place. Depending on what country and what state in the US you live in you may be able to go to a needle exchange center and get them for free even. Some of your local pharmacies may have them too, just depends on local drug paraphenalia laws. Otherwise, get them from a trusted doctor or order from the internet.

get p i n z is an internet site... just put www. infront of it take out the spaces and add .com at the end....
