I am wondering if it is ok to shake HCG while reconstituting it? I have heard HGH and IGF-1 can break apart into aminos if you shake it...

What I understand is that you gently release the BW into the HCG by running it down the side of the vial, with like a 3 ml IM syringe, and then you can gently swirl it but no shaking or agitating. You dont want any foaming to occur - thats bad.
I've never had to do anything, once the BW hit it, it dissolved.
