I am not even sure I know what the hell you are asking, but if you are that worried don't order. I personally will never order anything that I have to sign for. And I go away to work all day so if they have a slip on my porch I just write a note on it to leave the pkg unattended the next delivery day.

I also live in Florida and it is perfectly legal for you to buy pins. I do it all the time. sign away its fine.
