    NEW World Record!! 426kg deadlift! Holy Shit!

    I thought you guys would like to see this video.
    This is a miracle kid named Benni, or Benedikt Magnusson. He is born 1983, just a kid and he broke the World Record at a training last friday. He is gonna take the world record and laugh at it when he competes the 2.november I think.

    Anyways, this is a must see for anyone interested in bodybuilding and weightlifting! Truly an amazing video!

    I am never that impressed by that. I dunno why. It is a hell of a lotta weight for sure. But he's just so damn fat and looks like a whale.

    he does look strong but its funny how BBs look sooo much stronger but cant hit the same weights. I actually read an artice that said that some BBs have muscles that have hypertrophied so fast that nerve innervations are lacking at best. Dunno if this is true or not bu sounds possible.

    I believe it is 933.

    That 1000lbs bench press was done in a canvas shirt. Gene Rychlak is getting like 300lbs out of it.

    Since the deadlift has no rebound, equipment gives very little or to no gain on a pull.

    i disagree with u there.. look at that kids bicep anyway.. I definetly think there is more to that than just the lof body fat. I bet u Mr. Olympia has nothing ot worry even if this kid decided to slim down..

    I've met Ronnie Coleman in person. Yes he is huge but i've seen bigger men. They were just not as lean. But bigger arms, chest, back, legs etc... There are some freaky huge men in powerlifting and strongman. Look at the dude who came 3rd at Worlds Strongest man this year. 6'5 and 400lbs, doesn't look fat to me.
