When i wake up in the mourning and do cardio...is it best to do it on an empty stomach because when i dont eat i get dizzy and have no energy and needa sit down...is there anything that i can snack on before i do my cardio?, or is it best 4 me to not eat at all? ohh but by da way im not like fat kinda thing i workout and have muscle i just wana cut up and not lose much size so should i go on a empty stomach?
