ok im tryin to gain some lean mass this witer. i was doin some research and found a diet routine i thought i would like to try. hear is how it goes, for the first 5 day it says to eat a 2 to 1 ratio of carbs to protein (2 grams of carbs for every body pound and 1 gram of protein) then on days 6-10 it say to jump it up to a 3 to 1 ratioand then on days 11 and 12 do a 1 to 2 ratio. and on days 14 and 15 it says eat as much as 4 to 2 ratio. i was woundering wut yall thought havent started it wanted to get some reactions and if yall think its cool to try, please revise if u think nessisary. thanx
