Post Workout Shake
Dinner: Chicken W/broccoli White Rice
I Wanted To Try And Lean Up While Maintaining Muscle Mass, I Was Thinking Of Going On Low Carb, High Protein Diet, Consisting Of No Rice, No Pastas, And Just Chicken, Steak, Tuna, Salmon, Lentils, Red Beans, And Egg Whites In The Morning.
Does This Seem Ok To You Guys Or Should I Add Or Edit Something?
