the more muscle mass you pack on will it be easier to get cut or lean afterwards? i was 167 in the summer time but now im 184 and i wanna get leaner and get rid of this last 10-14lbs of body fat i packed on any suggestions?

The more muscle you build the more your body burns calories throughout the day so , yes.
