Can somebody around 6"4 but at least 220 pounds lay out for me what their diet looks like? I'm just curious to see how it looks compared to mine and also looking for some more ideas. When you're tall you have to throw down alot of food and it becomes hard to do. Thanks. BTW i'm 6"4 235. Here's what mine looks like. I'm currently in a bulking phase right now.
6am - 45 min incline cardio on 3.5, 6.0 incline 3x a week
12 ounces/whey and water w/dextrose

1 glass of milk

1 apple
2 scoops Whey w/flax
