I'm 30, 5'11, about 195 pounds...around 12%bf...and losing that right now. However, I am about to start:
Week 1-12: Eq @ 500/wk
Week 10-15: Winny @ 400/wk
Week 1-15: Proviron@ 50mg/ED
PCT beginning 1 day after last winny inject.
Question: I am aiming to lose BF but I don't care about gaining 20 pounds...thus, no test on this cycle. I am curious how I can harden and tighten up, using the gear that I have but not sure how many calories I am supposed to be consuming. I am keeping my carbs fairly low except for breakfast and post-workout meal. My protein UP!!! Suggestions?
