just got my order/paperbol question

hey i just got my order in and im tryin to figure out the paper bol its suppose to be 1 sheet with 500 squares, 10mg/sq but i have two sheets and there appears to be some powder in between them. when i cut them, the two sheets fall apart. do i just sandwich them back up and take it. also do i suck on the paper for a little bit, or do i just swallow it. thanks

"The active ingredients in Paper Anabolics are both absorbed into the Paper as well as in part sandwiched between the sheets, therefore, Paper Products are not meant to be peel or stripped but taken whole; carefully cut the required dose from your sheet/strip with sharp scissors or a cutting blade.

As with tablets the squares can be swallowed down with water although some feedback suggests that better absorption will occur by keeping them held under the tongue for a while before swallowing."

They're also supposed to be overdosed by 10%, so that should account for any lost loose powder.

Bear in mind I haven't used them yet. Just what I've read.

i have been using paperdrol for 10 days now... little bit of a pain in the ass like thndr said. they tend to fall apart easily. results have been good though..

thanks, yea, it lookin like its gonna be a pain, but hopefully it will be worth it, ill keep you updated on how they work

i been on paprdol for few weeks.very happy.hold the square in question firmly with finger an thumb whilst cutting to keep it from coming apart.let it soften in ya mouth for a mo,corners can be sharp on way down..if it was from our feline youl be very happy with results.a lot of guys call paperroids but they aint used em
