Muscle Milk is way too high in fat....nitrotech is way too expensive...they are both totally different as well...it depends on if you are looking for an MRP or just strate whey protein.

i am lookin for whey. i was checkin the muscle milk today and saw how much fat it has and i am on a diet so i dont want that any info
