This is my diet and I am going to start a lean bulking cycle soon.... I have only one question........(bottom of post)
meal 1: 6 egg whites, cup oats, fruit
meal 2: brown bread with turkey ham and edem chesse, 1 apple
meal 3: Protein shake (40g pro), 1 yogurt with almonds, fish oil
meal 4 chicken breast with rice
meal 5: chicken breast or lean meat with rice
meal 6: Nlarge2 weight gainer, banana
meal 7: chicken breast with rice
IN meal 3 I was wondering if I replace the NORMAL protein with the Weight Gainer (Nlarge2, pro50, carbs80, fat6) ??
