I'm really trying to understand the pro/carb pro/fat meals. If your having a pro/carb mean does this mean you can't have any fat at all in the meal? I asked because I make a favorite meal of mine which included a grilled chicken breast,cup of fat-free cottage cheese, and a potato. So would you say this is my pro/carb meal.
Also can you give me examples of meals which are pro/fat.
