I've had a couple of bottles of 4ad and m1t for about a year now. I haven't been able to use it due to an injury. I'm planning on getting back into my workout routine and when ready, start a 4ad m1t cycle. Is it still good or should I toss it?

i wouldnt toss it. I have an opened bottle of m1t still over a year old, and I picked up SD the first day it came out. I have an opened bottle and an unopened bottle. I think most people stocked up before it turned dark.id say its still good, especially since I just used some "old" sd and it was awsome.

What brand is it bro? I bought 2 different brands days before the ban went into effect, And one of them expires 8/2007 and the other 11/2006. So if yours is only one year i'd say your ok.
