its normal bro
Its normal, and it won't work itself out. Your dominant side will always grow either at the same speed or quicker than your other side. Its also not practical or particularly effective to even up the sides with isolating exercises.
Don't try to fix it, just keep good form and use both sides of your body equally and that is all you can do. Don't worry about it
Jay cutler has the exact same problem...there have been pictures of what he would look like if his right side were as big as his left and he would hands down be mr. olympia if it matched up.
Oh, yeah. Jay has definite symmetry issues that seemed to popup around 2002/2003. If you look at any of his recent pictures he has one bicep that is significantly smaller than the other. His legs seems to be different sizes as well. Ronnie Coleman has a smaller left lat. These are the #1 and #2 bodybuilders in the world and they have symmetry issues so don't beat yourself up over it.Originally Posted by kaptainkeezy04
P.S. My right tricep has an entirely different shape than my left (i.e. my right looks better.) If I ever post pics you will only see my right tri because it looks a lot better.![]()
thats normal. my right arma nd right side of my pecs are smaller than my left, but oddly enough, my right tricep is more developed than my left. itl get less noticable as you get bigger
