Hi guys new to the board and wanted some tips on working out. I need to know about a good workout routine and diet. I am not planning on using steroids and dont think that I will I just want to get in shape.My stats

I have a pretty fast metabolism. I am looking for more appearance at first from working out. I ride a bike 5-10 miles a day so I think that I am alright on the legs.Thanks alot.
