whats up everyone I was wondering if I should change my split up here what I am doing now
Mon-back/bis
Tue-chest/tris
Wed-off
thur-shoulder
fri-legs
sat-cardio
abs,calves and forearms are worked int here as well
I was thinking of hiting some shoulder in with chest but wasn't sure if chest/tris/shoulders would be too much. If I do change to chest/shoulders should I make a day for arms and do back/traps/rear delts? I have been getting good results from the split I have now but I was curious if I could get more from something new. Any thoughts
