I am currently on a bulking cycle and i currently weigh 200lbs with 11.2% bodyfat and I am 20 y/o. I usually always use ON whey protein but Im getting sick of the flavors and I have been researching on sites like trueprotein.com and allthewhey.com and there is various different types of protein that are out... from regular whey to hyrdolyzed whey protein isolates to 20/30 blends just to name a few. What do you think would be the best protein for someone like me who is bulking?
