i m a 16 year old at 5'6 weighing at 120lbs. I m just starting to workout. I used to do freehand cuz i cudnt afford all the supplements n gym n all that, but now i have a job so i wanna start working out seriously.
I wanna work out all natural (w/o any cycles, cuz i think i m a bit too yung) I m willin to work out 5 times a week(5 body parts per week) while maintaining my diet(eatin right).
I m considering taking weight gainers, creatine (purple k), whey protein, multi-vitamins, all that good stuff.
Any of u guyz know if i shud be taking anything else? or any input will be amazing! And i know this question varies, when shud i start seeing any changes(good changes)?
