I've sorted out my cycle and diet. What do you think.....
cycle:
100mg eq+100mg prop mon-wed-fri
50mg win ed
.5 arimidex ed
50mcg t3 + 60mcg clen 5 days on, 2 off
I also have proviron, should i put that in two at 50mg ed ??
Diet:
250gr. carbs + 300gr prot day 1
125gr carbs + 300gr protein day 2
50 carbs + 300gr protein day 3
I'll keep on rotating these throughout the week.
what do you think????? Could this rotating system work for getting cut without becoming flat and smooth?
