i have that...but i lost the instruction manual and its been a while since i used it. so its just sitting on a shelf in my closet. doh!

but i dont know if i was doing it wrong or what, it never seemed accurate to me. but i wont ever believe a BF test unless it is the water tank one.

yep, i bought one for a trainer friend of mine here at my gym. he uses it for all of his clients...loves it. and not that bad a price.
